Our Story
Founded in 2008 by Ahmet Yilmaz, a veteran corporate strategist with experience across Europe and the Middle East, Business Coaching Turkey began as a modest consulting practice in Istanbul. After witnessing the gap between global business practices and local implementation challenges in Turkey, Ahmet envisioned a coaching firm that would bridge this divide.
Our journey began with a small team of three coaches specializing in leadership development for mid-sized Turkish companies looking to expand internationally. As word spread about our unique approach that honored Turkish business culture while introducing proven global methodologies, our client base quickly expanded.
In 2012, we opened our second office in Bursa to better serve the growing industrial sector in the region. By 2015, we had expanded our services to include comprehensive strategic planning, team optimization, and cross-cultural business navigation, becoming one of Turkey's most respected business coaching firms.
Today, with a team of over 20 specialized coaches and consultants, we serve businesses across Turkey and international companies entering the Turkish market.
