Welcome to Business Coaching Turkey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products offered by Business Coaching Turkey ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Business Coaching Turkey provides business coaching, strategic planning, and team management consulting services to businesses operating in Turkey. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Strategic business planning and consulting
- Leadership development coaching
- Team performance optimization
- Cross-cultural business navigation
- Business workshops and training sessions
The specific details, duration, and fees for each service will be outlined in separate agreements or service contracts between Business Coaching Turkey and the client.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our coaching services will be as set out in the specific service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in your agreement.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified at the time of purchase. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies for coaching sessions, workshops, and other services will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours is required for individual coaching sessions. For workshops and group sessions, cancellation policies may vary.
Refunds for cancelled services will be issued according to the terms specified in your service agreement. In some cases, rescheduling options may be offered instead of refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, materials, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on our website and in our coaching materials are owned by Business Coaching Turkey or our licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Any information shared by clients during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the client.
Similarly, clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary methodologies, materials, and business information shared by Business Coaching Turkey during the provision of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Business Coaching Turkey, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
- Any content obtained from the service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

The information provided through our services is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
Results from coaching services may vary, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Clients remain responsible for their business decisions and the implementation of strategies discussed during coaching.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
